How natural are Naturally Rheassured products?

Naturally Rheassured strives to make products suitable for even the most delicate and sensitive skin types. Naturally Rheassured takes pride is giving you quality products free of alcohols, dyes, parabens, sulfates, additives, and preservatives. We only use naturally occurring, nature derived ingredients. If it doesn't come from nature, we won't use it. 


We are also vegan friendly, and we only test on humans!

If Naturally Rheassured products are natural, why did I break out?

Naturally Rheassured products are made with all skin types in mind, even babies. However, just like with food or dust, some people can be allergic to natural products. We always suggest doing a small patch test when introducing your skin to new products. Apply your new product to the inner part of your elbow and wait 24-48 hours before using products elsewhere. If you notice any burning, itching, stinging, or redness discontinue use of that product. If symptoms persist, consult with your primary care physician.

Naturally Rheassured is all natural, can I eat my products?

Yes, our products are all natural. No, our products are not edible. Naturally Rheassured products are for external use only, unless otherwise specified.  Our products are made to be applied to your entire body, including sensitive private areas; however, they should never be consumed or inserted into the body. 

Why does my product's color look different from pictures/ my last order?

The ingredients of our products are naturally occurring; and we know natural never means perfect. Sometimes color or texture may vary, slightly. depending on time of year and environmental temperatures. Nonetheless, no matter the color or texture of your product, you are always getting the highest quality product from us.

My whipped butter/ scrub is melted, what do I do?

If your butter/ scrub experiences higher heat during shipping or storage it may melt. To solidify your butter/ scrub, place it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes (or until desired texture is reached). Your product's consistency may be a little different but its quality is still great.


Each jar is packed with the appropriate amount of product to accommodate potential melting. Some jars may arrive looking to have less product but be Rheassured, this isn't the case. 

Will my products expire?

Naturally Rheassured products contain no additives or preservatives. Therefore the shelf life of our products range from 2-4 months. Please check each product informational page for specified times. Most of our loyals revisit the site to repurchase their favorites within 2 months. 

Why is my packaging different from pictures/ my last order?

Due to COVID-19 our packaging supplies will sometimes differ. No matter the packaging, you will always receive the highest quality of products. We strive to always provide you with the very best- including product and service.

Are you still fulfilling orders during COVID-19?

Yes, absolutely! With your continued love and support, thankfully, we are able to continue providing you with excellent products and service through these difficult times.

When can I expect to recieve my Naturally Rheassured package?

It is our endevour to get you your Naturally Rheassured products in a timely fashion. Domestic packages are shipped Priority Mail (2-5 days) Shipping via USPS. International packages are shipped Priority International (7-10 days) Shipping via USPS. Due to COVID-19, USPS is experiencing delays. 


*Please note all orders require 5-7 days for processing and 2-5 days (domestic) or 7-10 days (international) for shipping.

I placed an order internationally, what's next?

As we continue to grow GLOBALLY, we are proud to offer international shipping.


International shipping is processed via USPS Priority International Shipping. When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Use the tracking number to check the status of your Naturally Rheassured package.


*** Please note buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Order(s) delayed by customs is the customer's responsibility to resolve with customs. Once your order is shipped out of the US it is no longer our responsibility.


Due to COVID-19, USPS has blocked several international orders. Please visit the USPS website to find out if your region has been blocked from USPS International orders before placing an order. If you place an order and we are unable to ship it, it may not be possible to receive a refund. Please feel free to contact us at customerservice@naturallyrheassured.com if you have any questions. 

It has been 2-5 days, why haven't I received my package yet?

We love to see you're eager to receive your new package. Once you place your order, please allow us 5-7 days for processing. Once processing is completed, you will be emailed a tracking number to monitor your packages shipping.

There is something wrong with my order, what should I do?

Please send an email to customerservice@naturallyrheassured.com with the following info:


- Full Name

- Order #

- Picture of packing slip

- Picture of personalized note

- Picture of full order

I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?

Email us at customerservice@naturallyrheassured.com ASAP. As processing takes 5-7 days we may be able to make changes in time. However, this cannot be guaranteed. 

Do you offer refunds or returns?

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Naturally Rheassured order, please contact us at customerservice@naturallyrheassured.com.
